Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated on Monday that "the Russian army and other governmental bodies are taking the necessary measures, including air defenses, following what is suspected to be a Ukrainian drone attack on a Russian fuel export station." Russian company Novatek announced on Sunday that it had temporarily halted some operations at the station, in addition to "technological operations" at a nearby complex after a fire broke out, which Ukrainian media reported was caused by a drone attack.
