British Foreign Minister David Cameron stated today, Thursday, that "the attacks occurring in shipping lanes in the Red Sea must stop, or international action will be taken." During a visit to Kosovo, Cameron said: "This is unlawful. It is not about Gaza, nor is it about Israel. It concerns freedom of navigation. It is about the ability of ships to deliver their cargo." He added: "The global economy, every economy, will suffer if ships continue to be subjected to such illegal and unacceptable attacks. These attacks must stop, or actions will be taken." Cameron refused to specify what action Britain would take.
