Moroccan security forces in four cities succeeded yesterday and today in dismantling a terrorist cell consisting of four members aged between 35 and 40, who are active in recruiting and sending fighters to join the "ISIS" organization in the Sahel region south of the Sahara. A statement from the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations indicated that "investigations revealed that this cell facilitates the recruitment of extremists to this region, in coordination with leaders of this organization in the Sahel south of the Sahara," noting that "efforts are ongoing to identify the connections linking them to terrorist organizations outside Morocco and to uncover their potential plans and projects."
