Shocking Video of Egyptian Man Hanging a Dog Mercilessly

The video revealed an Egyptian man from the Sohag governorate in southern Cairo hanging a dog and filming the act until the dog succumbed, which caused outrage among netizens, who demanded the swift arrest of the video's owner and his prompt trial. The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced details of the incident, confirming its accuracy and stating that it occurred in Sohag city. They mentioned that an investigation allowed for the identification and arrest of the perpetrators, who are a farmer "with a criminal record" and his nephew, who filmed the video while assisting him.
