US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller, on Tuesday, indicated that "Washington cannot provide a specific assessment of the operation carried out by Israel at the Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin in the West Bank," adding that "America wants to keep hospitals protected." Miller also stated, "There have been no reports of civilian injuries in the operation."
