According to the Ada Derana website, five people were killed in a shooting incident in the south of Sri Lanka. The report states that at around 8:30 AM local time today, a group of unidentified individuals opened fire on five people who were inside a car. It was noted that "four of them died instantly at the scene, while the fifth passed away later in the hospital."
