Eyne Qana Protests for Electricity

Residents of the town of Eyne Qana held a sit-in in the town square in protest against the cut-off of the electricity line, or line number 1, that supplies the town from Jabaa and the Jezzine area. The citizens gathered in Eyne Qana square, chanting slogans denouncing the suffering they have endured and criticizing the local deputies for their disregard of what is happening in their town. A military force also attended the scene to prevent any potential security issues.
