Chinese Ambassador: Our Government Approved a Grant for Lebanon

The Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon, Qian Minjian, stated after meeting with caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati at the Grand Serail that he informed Mikati that the Chinese government has agreed to provide a new grant for Lebanon to generate electricity through solar energy for Ogero centers. He emphasized, "We care about and take pride in our bilateral relationship with Lebanon, and we will consider in the future additional projects that we can implement in Lebanon," clarifying that "the value of this grant is still under study."
