The Information Branch of the Internal Security Forces intervened at the right moment and saved two girls from the clutches of a harasser in the popular housing area in Tyre.
In detail, on June 12, 2023, the Information Branch received information about an individual luring three minor girls (aged between 6 and 10 years) into his home in the popular housing area of Tyre. One of the girls managed to escape and report him.
Immediately, one of the patrols from this branch was tasked with heading to the location, working to extract the two girls from the house and apprehending the harasser, identified as A. J. (born in 1956, Lebanese).
He was taken to the relevant regional authority after a large crowd of citizens gathered in front of his house attempting to seek justice against him.
