Official media reported that Syrian air defenses shot down two drones west of Damascus today, Friday. A military source stated that the drones were coming from the Golan Heights, which is occupied by Israel, to the west of the capital. Since December, Israeli attacks have resulted in the deaths of more than six members of the Revolutionary Guard, including a senior intelligence official.
