The municipality of Al-Ma'lam, located on the border, along with its residents, issued a statement urging the Lebanese Army and UNIFIL to provide "fuel (mazout) for their generators, which have run out, amid power outages due to damage to the network caused by Israeli shelling since October of last year until today in the south."
