The public prosecutor's office in Chelyabinsk, southern Russia, announced yesterday that a man dressed as Russian Santa Claus (Ded Moroz) died after falling from the 24th floor of a residential building in the city. A video was posted on the Chelyabinsk city page on Telegram showing a man in a Santa Claus costume climbing a balcony of a high-rise building with a rope, followed by the moment of his fall. Local media reported that the man was scheduled to descend to the building's courtyard to attend a children's party.
