Both Algerian singer Mohamed Bousmaha and musician Amine Lacoulomb tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident in Belgium this Monday morning. Algerian channel "El Nahar" reported, citing Belgian media, that a car exited the highway and attempted to turn back, leading to a collision with a truck. The Belgian traffic center noted that the car driver tried to reverse and enter the second lane, but the truck driver could not avoid the collision.
A spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office, Sabine Levens, stated: "The truck driver said the car driver took the exit towards the airport. The passenger vehicle driver wanted to turn right and I could no longer avoid it." She added: "There were three men in the passenger vehicle; the rear passenger, a 39-year-old man without a fixed address in Belgium, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car during the accident. The driver and the second passenger were transported to the hospital in critical condition, but one of them has died."
