U.S. President Joe Biden stated today, Sunday, that he received a "firm confirmation" from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky not to use the F-16 fighter jets that will be provided by the West to enter Russian airspace. However, Biden told reporters that it is possible to use the F-16s "in any location where Russian forces are present inside Ukraine," adding, "We will work on training Ukrainians to use them." Zelensky also expressed confidence today that Kyiv will receive F-16s from the West to assist in repelling Russia's full-scale invasion of his country.
