Baisri Discusses Ways to Reduce Tensions at the Border with Lacroix and Lazaro

The Acting Director-General of General Security, Major General Elias Baisri, met with the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, accompanied by the Commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), Major General Aroldo Lazaro. They discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region, the operations of the international peacekeeping forces in the south, as well as the field developments in light of Israel's ongoing attacks on Gaza and Lebanon, and ways to reduce tensions at the border.
