ITA Airways announced today, Tuesday, that it will resume its flights between Tel Aviv and Rome starting March 1, with three weekly return flights. The airline added in a statement that the number of flights between Fiumicino Airport in Rome and Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv may increase this summer "depending on the development of the geopolitical scenario." The airline continued, stating: "The resumption of flights between Tel Aviv and Rome was also made possible thanks to cooperation with the Italian and Israeli authorities, which is strategically important for ITA."
