The army leadership - Directorate of Guidance reported that "on February 4, 2024, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the citizen (A.Z.) and the Syrians: (M.S.T.), (M.A.T.), (M.D.), (M.M.) in the areas of Dourah and Zouk Mosbeh for engaging in drug use and trafficking and for possessing a quantity of drugs, in addition to the Syrians entering Lebanon illegally and roaming without identification papers. The confiscations were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
