Israeli war council member Benny Gantz announced today, Monday, that Israel is approaching a stage where it will need to conduct a large-scale operation deep in Lebanon to eliminate the threat from Hezbollah. Gantz emphasized that the Israeli army is ready to act, adding: "There will be no return to the situation before October 7 in Gaza; the battle will continue and expand."
