Halabi: The Country Needs Graduates, and Their Development Depends on Them

Minister of Education and Higher Education in the caretaker government, Abbas Halabi, emphasized during the graduation ceremony of students from the Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS) that "when we established the Higher Education Council and the technical committees and appointed a general director for higher education, our goal was to assist these universities in taking professional and scientific steps towards achieving quality." He affirmed that "the country always needs graduating students who are the present and future of this country, and the development and advancement of the country depend on them. Their aspirations are what make this country a good place to live." He urged them "not to forget their homeland, Lebanon, if they have to travel abroad for work, and to return armed with the scientific capabilities that should not leave them, especially in facing scientific challenges and artificial intelligence, because specialization is an ongoing process."
