Parliamentary sources mentioned that "the session will define the features of the upcoming phase," as "it remains unclear whether the deputies will be satisfied with just hearing it or if it will turn into a means for each team to showcase its constitutional viewpoint and expand the ongoing debate about the government's right to manage affairs within the Parliament."
