The Islamic State (ISIS) announced today, Thursday, its responsibility for two explosions that resulted in the deaths of nearly 100 people and injured dozens during a ceremony held in Iran to commemorate the military leader Qassem Soleimani, who was killed by a U.S. drone strike in 2020.
