The second habit that harms the liver is the regular and constant intake of medications. While the side effects of medications may not be severe or dangerous, if a person experiences symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, or abdominal pain, it is better for them to consult a doctor.

Additionally, a sedentary lifestyle can lead to liver problems. Inactivity causes fat to accumulate in the body not only under the skin but also around the internal organs, which may lead to inflammation. Therefore, engaging in physical exercise helps reduce the risk of developing fatty liver disease.
