The countries participating in the United Nations Climate Change Conference "COP28" announced in a joint statement issued by the British Foreign Office today, Monday, that "the G7+ and the Ukrainian government have launched a clean energy partnership to rebuild the energy system in Ukraine." The group includes the seven major industrial nations along with several vulnerable countries.
