The caretaker Minister of National Defense, Maurice Sleem, met this morning, Wednesday, in his office in Yarze, with the President of the Military Court, Brigadier General Khalil Jaber, along with a delegation from the court, in a visit to congratulate on the holidays. The Minister of Defense praised the work of the Military Court and all its bodies and judges, highlighting "the sacrifices of its staff and the efforts they exert in working with transparency and professionalism to achieve justice." He affirmed that "the Military Court represents a distinguished edifice of justice, wisdom, impartiality, and speed in addressing many cases requiring actions under military judiciary law, particularly in cases of terrorism, espionage, and collaboration." On another note, the Minister of Defense discussed with MP Nicolas Sahnaoui the general situation in the country and the latest developments.
