Sex Video in U.S. Senate Hearing Room

A Senate staffer lost his job after a video surfaced showing two men engaging in sexual activity in a Senate hearing room, with the police "investigating" the video obtained and published by the Daily Caller. The Daily Caller reported that the staffer worked in Democratic Senator Ben Cardin's office. In a statement, Cherubski said in part, "This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for supporting a political agenda I love. While some of my past actions have shown poor judgment, I love my job and will never diminish the respect for my workplace." Cardin's office later issued a statement announcing that Cherubski "is no longer a staff member in the U.S. Senate."
