Title: Minister of Justice to the Government: To Maintain Balance in Class One Positions

The Minister of Justice in the caretaker government, Henry Khoury, sent a letter to the caretaker government requesting to "consider the balance in class one positions when a vacancy occurs in order to maintain sectarian and denominational balance, and to implement Article 95 which preserved class one positions in public administrations equally between Christians and Muslims, especially in light of the vacancy of the presidential post."
