The Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced today, Wednesday, the dismantling of a drug trafficking network in Baghdad that was in possession of 1 kilogram of crystal meth. A statement from the ministry noted: "A drug trafficking network consisting of 10 suspects was dismantled, and its members were arrested in Baghdad," adding that "1 kilogram of crystal meth was seized from them." The statement further indicated that "security forces also managed to apprehend a drug trafficker red-handed, who was found with 1 kilogram of the narcotic substance in Maysan province."
