The spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Wang Wenbin, noted today, Wednesday, that "China has signed visa exemption agreements with 157 countries and has agreed to simplify procedures with 44 countries." In a press conference, Wang Wenbin stated, "The circle of friends of China, who have visa-free entry, is continuously expanding, and more and more countries are officially entering the visa-free era. Currently, the number of countries with which China has signed agreements on mutual visa exemption for holders of different passports stands at 157, while the country has reached agreements to simplify visa procedures with 44 other countries." Additionally, the spokesperson emphasized that "China has signed a complete visa exemption agreement with 23 countries, including Thailand, Singapore, the Maldives, and the United Arab Emirates."
