Army Arrests 15 Individuals in Various Areas as Part of Security Measures

As part of the security measures implemented by the Directorate of Intelligence with the support of army units, the army command announced the arrest of citizens (A.M.) and (A.S.) in the Ain el-Rummaneh - Baabda area for their involvement in drug use and trafficking, with a war gun seized in their possession. Additionally, 13 Syrians were arrested in the areas of Nabaa, Dhour, and Bourj Hammoud for illegally entering Lebanese territory, roaming without identification papers, and some possessing and using drugs. Nine illegal motorcycles and a vehicle with false plates were seized. The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees commenced under the supervision of the relevant judiciary.
