The National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" has been discussing a "difficult" situation for the power grid since Thursday due to increased consumption linked to falling temperatures. The company had to resort to "emergency assistance" on Wednesday by importing electricity from Romania, Slovakia, and Poland.
