Mahfoud: The Important Thing is Securing 60 Billion to Pay Six Salaries for Retired Teachers

The head of the teachers' syndicate in private schools, Ni'ma Mahfoud, expressed hope via "Voice of Lebanon" for signing the protocol with private schools today, Monday, and for it to be a normal working day in schools tomorrow, Tuesday. He pointed out that the dispute is over one clause, which is that the schools will pay 900,000 per student annually instead of one million Lebanese pounds. He confirmed that the important thing is to secure 60 billion to pay six salaries for retired teachers.
