He continued in a press conference in Oslo, "We are also looking at steps that can be taken to clarify our views to any of the leaders who are leading Sudan in the wrong direction by perpetuating violence and violating the ceasefire they have already committed to." He described the situation in Sudan as "very fragile." Additionally, Blinken urged the governments of Kosovo and Serbia to take immediate steps to reduce tensions, expressing concern that these tensions are moving in the wrong direction.
