German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated today, Wednesday, that "any Israeli attack on Rafah, which shelters 1.3 million people, would be a humanitarian catastrophe." She added at a press conference in Jerusalem during her visit to Israel: "1.3 million people are there in an extremely small area. They really have nowhere else to go right now... If the Israeli army launches an attack on Rafah under these circumstances, it will be a humanitarian catastrophe."
