Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant indicated today, Tuesday, that "the ongoing tension with the 'Hezbollah' group at the border with Lebanon is bringing matters closer to military escalation." He added in a statement following his meeting with U.S. Special Envoy to Lebanon Amos Hochstein, "We are committed to the diplomatic process, but Hezbollah's aggression brings us closer to a critical point in making decisions regarding military actions against Lebanon."
