King Charles Grants Title to Prince Harry's Children

King Charles has informed his son Prince Harry about granting his children the titles of prince and princess. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle officially used the titles on Wednesday, March 8, 2022, when they announced that their daughter was baptized in a private ceremony in California, referring to her publicly as a princess. According to royal rules, the grandchildren of the king become princes or princesses the moment he is crowned, which means that Harry's children were eligible to use the titles since Charles became king in September following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
