The main stocks on Wall Street opened today, Friday, with little change as they are on track to halt a nine-week streak of gains after a jobs report indicated strength in the labor market and eased expectations for quick interest rate cuts this year. The S&P 500 index opened up 3.32 points, or 0.07 percent, to 4692.72 points, while the Nasdaq Composite index rose 6.84 points, or 0.05 percent, to 14517.23 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 4.92 points, or 0.01 percent, to 37435.28 points.
