A crew of four, including Turkey's first astronaut, has arrived at the International Space Station early this Saturday. They will stay for two weeks on the latest commercial mission organized entirely by the Texas-based startup "Axiom Space." The group's arrival came about 37 hours after their launch on Thursday evening from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. "SpaceX," owned by billionaire Elon Musk, provided the Crew Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket that transported them into orbit, according to a contract with Axiom, as was the case for the first and second missions launched by Axiom to the International Space Station since 2022.
