Senegal team spokesman Kara Thioune confirmed that he is doing well. Cissé did not show any symptoms of illness when he spoke to reporters at a press conference after Friday's match. The defending champions secured their spot among the 16 teams with their second consecutive win in Group C. Senegal will face Guinea in their final group match in Yamoussoukro on Tuesday.
