After the controversy sparked by Moroccan artist Bassma Boussel, ex-wife of Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny, who accused her husband's manager Hala Omar in a tweet of "ruining her home," she returned to tweet again, targeting Hala once more. She wrote on "Instagram": "And may God protect you from your poor choices, pulling them from your life so that you despair of your bad assumptions, thinking He has afflicted you, only to learn later that He saved you." She had previously attacked Hala Omar, sharing a video of the wedding and commenting, "God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs against you, Hala." She added, "Respecting the past begins with respecting the feelings of others, especially if someone was a main reason for the ruin of your home and the destruction of your children's lives." The Egyptian artist celebrated his wedding to Hala Omar, and he was seen in the widely circulated video holding the bride's hand to hand her over to her groom.
