The Army Command announced that "a unit from the army will conduct training exercises on 7 / 9 / 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in the open sea off the coast of Jbeil, including live fire and blank fire exercises using aircraft from the Air Force." It urged citizens and owners of fishing and recreational boats to "stay away from the training area at the aforementioned time and place."
It was also mentioned that "another unit from the army will conduct training exercises on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th, and 28th of September 2023, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, at the Al-Shawakir Training Center in Tyre, which will include live fire exercises."
Additionally, the command stated that "a unit of the army will conduct training exercises from 4 / 9 / 2023 to 25 / 9 / 2023, between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM each day, at Zahrani facilities, including live fire exercises."
Furthermore, "a unit of the army will conduct daytime and nighttime training exercises from 7 / 8 / 2023 to 6 / 9 / 2023, including live fire and blank fire exercises in: Ras Masqa, the Structural Building, the Koura area, and the Bhashass Building."
