Robert De Niro: Egypt is a Magical Country and I Look Forward to Seeing You There

American actor Robert De Niro announced his new project in Egypt through the Nobu company, which he established in collaboration with producer Maier Tiber and Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Robert De Niro will open two restaurants in Egypt; the first in Ras El Hikma and the second in Sheikh Zayed. In the promotional campaign, he stated: "We are excited to launch Nobu in Egypt, it is a magical country, and we look forward to seeing you there." The Egyptian company Sodic will lead the development of two hotels for Nobu, one in the New Zayed area west of Cairo and the Sodic project in the North Coast at Ras El Hikma, in addition to the Nobu restaurant.
