Alarm sirens sounded this morning in towns in Upper Galilee in anticipation of a drone infiltrating from southern Lebanon into northern Israel. Around 10 PM, reports indicated shelling on the outskirts of the towns of Ramya, Naqoura, Aluma al-Shab, Ayta al-Shab, and Dahira, as well as surrounding valleys near the towns of Zibqin and Naqoura, with heavy artillery causing extensive damage to the electricity network in the town of Dahira, which is now largely on the ground.
The Israeli military opened fire from its positions near the town of Naqoura before midnight with heavy machine guns aimed at the forests near the Blue Line and the Lebanon and Al-Alam mountains. Residents urged the Lebanese Electricity Company to conduct maintenance on the damage inflicted on the electricity network after each Israeli shelling.
At midnight, the Israeli military intermittently fired direct shells at the outskirts of Ayta al-Shab. Until this morning, Israeli warplanes flew over the Tyre area and the coastal region, with illumination bombs lighting up the sky over the western and central sectors.
