The Armenian Foreign Ministry announced that delegations from Armenia and Azerbaijan will conduct peace negotiations in Berlin from Wednesday to Thursday, following confrontations between the two countries over the Nagorno-Karabakh region during two wars. Spokeswoman Ani Badalyan stated in a statement that "the delegations of the foreign ministers will meet on February 28 and 29 in Berlin, pursuant to the agreement reached during a trilateral meeting held in Munich."
