The White House stated on Tuesday that Iran may be considering supplying Russia with ballistic missiles for use in Ukraine. White House spokesperson John Kirby indicated that the United States will monitor the situation between Iran and Russia and will take appropriate action as needed. He added, "The Houthis must release the ship and its crew in the Red Sea unconditionally." He noted that America has started reviewing the classification of terrorist organizations. Regarding Hezbollah, he said, "The Wagner Group may be preparing to provide military equipment to Hezbollah or Iran." On the truce agreement, he stated, "The United States hopes to reach an agreement regarding the hostages held in the conflict between Israel and Hamas and believes that both sides are getting closer to achieving this goal." He added in a press conference, "We are closer than ever. We believe we are getting closer." He further remarked, "We will not say, nor do we want to say, anything during these sensitive hours that could jeopardize the agreement."
