He added that "if former President Donald Trump were in power, U.S. behavior would be completely different." Earlier, Axios reported, citing unnamed U.S. officials, that "the Biden administration considered including Israeli ministers Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich (both far-right) on the sanctions list," noting that they "decided to exclude them for now, focusing on those who committed the attacks."
