Russian-Ukrainian War Claims the Life of an Arab Student

According to the "Novosti" agency, a Syrian student was killed due to Ukrainian shelling on the Russian city of Belgorod near the border with Ukraine on Thursday. The student, named Muhammad Shenani, was studying at the Belgorod State Institute of Arts and Culture, specifically in the Social Cultural, Media, and Library Business Faculty, as confirmed by the institute's administration. The institute added that the young man was inside a commercial store that was shelled on Thursday. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Belgorod was shelled with 14 missiles launched from Czech-made "Vampr" multiple rocket launchers. The ministry stated that Russian air defense systems managed to intercept the missiles. Local authorities confirmed that the shelling resulted in the deaths of 7 people and injuries to 18 others.
