The Palestinian News and Information Agency "Wafa" reported that "Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa formed a new government today, Thursday, in which he also takes the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, succeeding Riyad al-Maliki." The agency stated that President Mahmoud Abbas approved the government.
