Russian news agencies reported today, Monday, citing local officials and emergency services, that "six people were killed due to Ukrainian shelling of the city of Donetsk and a village in the Zaporizhia region." It was noted that "three people were killed and 11 injured in the Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk city." The acting head of the territories occupied by Russia in Donetsk, Denis Pushilin, stated in a message posted on Telegram that "the victims were struck after Ukrainian shells hit a civilian bus." The mayor of Donetsk, appointed by Russia, Alexei Kolmizyn, separately posted images of a burning bus on Telegram. Later on Monday, the acting governor of the Zaporizhia region, appointed by Russia, Yevgeny Balitsky, stated that "three people were killed and about 15 injured after Ukrainian shelling of a local store in the village of Basan."
