Chinese climate envoy Liu Chenmin said on Wednesday that some issues remain in the proposed draft of the United Nations Climate Conference (COP28) agreement. Liu told Reuters, "This is not ideal. Some issues are still present," adding that the Chinese team is still reviewing the text.
