Iran to Introduce Electric Buses and Taxis Soon

Iran's Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, Abbas Ali Abadi, confirmed that electric buses and taxis will be significantly introduced in cities across the country by March 20. Minister Abbas Ali Abadi stated today, Wednesday, that approximately 100 electric buses will be produced in Iran by March 20. This announcement follows the inauguration of a mass production line for electric buses by the company "Iran Khodro Diesel" yesterday, Tuesday. This production line is the first of its kind in Iran, with a capacity of 4,000 buses annually of the "e-Atros" model.
